Origin Story
Juan Aguilar and Francisca Jimenez are new members of the ASODIETT cooperative in Todos Santos. As members, they receive more exposure to the specialty coffee market, advice on best practices in farm management and coffee processing, and more.
Juan’s and Francisca’s coffee farm is in a more remote area than most other members of ASODIETT. It is difficult to access much of the year, while the Rio Ocho is high. Their farm is also rather larger than most others in the cooperative, but is still just 50 cuerdas (or 48.5 acres).
